RoadRibbons is a brand of PrinTech3D LLC, based in Pacific, Missouri (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect on roadribbons.com, why, and what we do with it. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
Waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, your branch of service, and whether the rack is for you or a gift.
Orders. When you place an order, we collect what we need to make and deliver it: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, the ribbons and options you choose, and any name-bar text. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Your awards record. To make sure every rack is accurate, we ask you to upload an official record of your awards (for example, your service’s awards record or a DD-214). Please cover or crop out your Social Security number and any other information we don’t need before uploading. If a file arrives with a Social Security number visible, we will delete it and ask you for a covered copy.
Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work (for example, keeping items in your cart).
How we protect your awards record
- It is stored privately and is never shown publicly or shared with anyone outside RoadRibbons.
- We use it only to build and check your rack.
- We delete it as soon as you approve your proof. If an order is cancelled, we delete it then.
How we use your information
- To make, ship and support your order, and to send you your proof and order updates.
- To email waitlist members about our launch and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business: our website host, our security and delivery network, our email service, our payment processor, and shipping carriers (your name and address, to deliver your order). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Awards records: deleted when you approve your proof. Order records: kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting and warranty questions. Waitlist and email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Children
RoadRibbons is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll let waitlist members and customers know by email.
